Harsco Rail Participates in India Tech Seminar

哈斯科鐵路公司參加印度技術研討會

Harsco Rail participated in an international technical seminar in India, held to discuss the challenges involved in introducing high-speed rail transportation in the country. The seminar was organized under the aegis of the Institution of Permanent Way Engineers (India) in Hyderabad.

The participants discussed issues involved in increasing axle loads and various other aspects pertaining to the introduction of high speed railway transportation.

Harsco Rail also participated in an exhibition of railway technologies organized along with the seminar. Various state-of-the-art rail grinding technologies were featured at the company’s booth set up at the exhibition. Harsco’s initiative received a very good response and the booth was visited by various senior officials of Indian Railways, including a member of the Railway Board and the Executive Director (Track).
